Precision Tech Machining manufactures a small line of Mini CNC Router products for the home based enthusiast. 
We stock the described products below and also make custom product to your print.

.3125 Bearing End Block for use on all our lead screws.
Each block is PRECISION machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum.  Bearings are pressed into place.
Block Dimensions are .5" x 1.25" x 2"
Bearing Dimensions are .875" OD x .3125 ID x .343
Blocks have four 1/4" holes for solid mounting.

NEMA 23 Motor Mounts
These are sweet!! 
Precision CNC Machined from Aerospace Grade 6061-T651 Billett  Aluminum
Perfect for LoveJoy Flex Shaft Coupling. 
Each motor mount has a side hole for accessing shaft coupling set screws. 
Product is  2 1/4" Square, Bore Depth 2", ID 2" 
All dimensions within +/- .005"

Precision Crafted Lead Screws
Stock Diameters are 1/2-10 ACME or 3/8-16
Other diameters available upon request.
Keystone Rolled thread made from low carbon AISI C-1010 grade steel.
Screws are turned to .3125" x .375" on both ends for bearings, and .25" x 1" on the other end for motor couplings.   
Standard screw sizes are as follows, all screws are listed by the length of thread, please add 1.75" for total length.
72", 48", 36", 24", 18", 12"

Precision Crafted High Grade Delrin or Bronze Nut available in ACME 1/2-10 or 3/8-16
1/2-10 are 1.50" OD reduced to .750" diameter
Flange Thickness .3750"
Overall Length 1" 
with 4 x .257" mounting holes on a 1" bolt circle
3/8 are 1.437" OD reduced to .625" diameter
Flange Thickness .250"
Overall Length .750"
with 4 x .1875" mounting holes on a 1" bolt circle
